The song length will vary, but never be less than 2 minutes.

How long does it take from order to delivery?
Our producers create your lyrics, produce your song and deliver direct to your email within 24 hours.
How do you create my song?
We use, what we call, the two Ts… talent and technology.

Can I make changes once I hear my song?
It’s important to provide all the information you can when you order.

Can I share my song?
Once we email the finished song, you can use it as you like. Play it to the recipient, send it to the recipient, play it at a party... it's up to you!
Can I get a refund if I’m not happy?
We cannot offer refunds once the producer has created your song due to the time and effort involved, However, we know how much a personalised song means, so please reach out to us and we will see how we can help.
